1. Promoter
   The promoter is Aqua One New Zealand (Kong's NZ Ltd) ("Promoter"). This giveaway is run solely by Kong's NZ Ltd. Ninja® is not a participant, sponsor, or co-sponsor of this promotion and has no affiliation with Kong's (NZ) Ltd.
    

2. Promotional Period
   The promotion commences at 12:01am NZST on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 31 August 2026 ("Promotional Period").
    

3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and participating retailers are not eligible to enter.
    

4. How to Enter
   To enter, an eligible entrant must:
   • Purchase any Aqua One aquarium from a New Zealand retailer during the Promotional Period; and
   • Email a copy of their purchase receipt to promotions@aquaone.co.nz before 11:59pm NZST on 31 August 2026.
   • The entrant's email should include their full name, contact phone number and delivery address.
    

5. Entries
   • One entry will be awarded for each qualifying Aqua One aquarium purchased.
   • Multiple entries are permitted provided each entry is supported by a separate valid receipt.
   • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and proof of purchase.
    

6. Prize Details
   • There are three (3) prizes to be won.
   • Each prize consists of one (1) Ninja SLUSHi™ Professional Frozen Drink Maker.
   • Each prize has an approximate retail value of NZ$599.00 (RRP), as listed by Ninja Kitchen New Zealand (www.ninjakitchen.co.nz).
    

7. Prize Draw
   • The prize draw will take place on or about 10 September 2026 at the Promoter's offices.
   • The first three valid entries drawn at random will each receive a prize.
    

8. Winner Notification
   Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within five (5) working days of the draw.
    

9. Prize Conditions
   Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
    

10. Unclaimed Prize Draw
    If a prize is not claimed within three (3) months of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
     

11. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and contacting winners. Information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.
     

12. Promoter's Decision
    The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
     

13. Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained arising from or in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.
